The Government formed the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board under Section 85 of the Bihar Re-Constituted Act, 2000. See Memo No. 374, dated March 29, 2001. The administration of entrance exams for admission to various state universities has been delegated to the Jharkhand government. The JCECEB now conducts the following admission tests each year (subject to approval by the appropriate ministries of the Jharkhand government for the corresponding session).

About the JCECEB Bridge course program

The review will be conducted by the JCECEB in the coming month. This six-month bridging course programme is for you. JRHMS will appoint the individual as a Health Officer once the six-month course is completed.

The exam will be held by the JCECEB in the month of 2022. Selected individuals must finish a 6-month Community Health Bridge Course in 2022. For additional information on the exam, see the section below.

Admission to the JCECEB Bridge Course:

From seven to ten days prior to the exam date, the entrance card, together with information about the exam centre, is available. Make sure you’re ready before the exam; links are provided below.

How to Download Jharkhand Bridge Course Admission Card:-

  • Visit the official JCECEB website at –/wwwjceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/.
  • On the left side of the page, click the Admissions Card tab.
  • For “Bridge course CHO-II 2022,” choose “Your exam.”
  • Indicate your user name or ID.
  • Enter your “password” or “birthdate.”
  • To get your registration card, go to the Download Registration Card tab below.
  • Get a copy of your admittance card.
  • Remember to print your admittance ticket, call letter, or hall ticket.

Note: If a candidate does not receive their admission card two days before to the entrance exam, they should contact the chairperson/director of the department/institute concerned. On the day of the entrance exam, no admission card will be issued.

JCECEB Bridge Course Exam Pattern:-

  • The question paper is of the objective type (multiple choice questions).
  • The paper consists of 100 questions.

Minimum qualification grades are as follows:

  • UR: 40%
  • OBC: 34%
  • SC/ST: 32%

JCECEB CHO-II competition

  • The list of candidates who have been chosen is compiled based on their exam scores and their category reservation.
  • Priority will be given to those who score higher on the exam.
  • In the event of a tie, the candidate with the higher degree grades will be given preference.
  • If a similar problem is discovered again, the applicant who is older will be given precedence.
